Which One To Pick?

There have been many people telling me I should choose a program. Some nutrisystem vs medifast conversations are very heated, but really, I think it is all about picking the plan that works best for you. Some prefer one over the other. I picked Medifast, but that doesn’t mean Nutrisystem doesn’t work. I think it is just a preference and some people prefer the taste of one. I say whatever one works best for you, as long as you are healthy, go and do that plan. It is important to be healthy so whatever works for you is really the best plan for you.
