Chasing a Wild Animal

You are not going to believe this. The other day, my neighbor’s mom was walking my neighbor’s dog when he spotted a rabbit in my yard and took off after it, dragging the elderly woman behind him. As a result of this, the poor woman suffered a broken collarbone and a sprained wrist. Now my neighbor wants my home owner’s insurance to pay for her mom’s injuries. I can’t understand why she would think that I would do this as it’s not my fault her dog won’t behave. I cannot control the fact that wild animals come onto my property. I’m contacting a Minneapolis Injury Lawyer to see if I do bear any responsibility. I can’t see how I could be held accountable for this.
