When my husband and I decided that it was time for us to add on to our home, we knew that we couldn’t afford to pay for all of the work outright. We would have to borrow some of it, and that meant that we needed to start applying for loans. We found a company that had some great terms and rates, and we applied. We received our approval notice, and we were able to get to work right away. It only took a few months, and now we finally have the kind of home we have always wanted. This was a smart decision for us!
