Just Up and Left

Last week I had an employee quit. He did not give any notice, he just walked into my office and said he was done.Now, I knew for awhile now that he was not going to work out at our main office. I just did not expect him to walk out so abruptly. He left me to find someone to replace him, and very quickly. I called tatum to get a temporary employee to replace him in the financial department. The person they sent over has been great. I think we may be offering them a full-time position. Not having to conduct interviews will sure make filling his position much easier.
