The Discover Card Company is a Business With a Heart

I was having financial difficulties due my divorce situation. I had to sell my house and just about everything I had to keep afloat. I contacted the Discover Card customer service and explained that I really needed to freeze my account for a few months while I got my finances in order due to the divorce. They had me fill out some paperwork and said they would be happy too help me out. Four months later, my situation had settled down enough for me to be able to make my $200.00 payments to them again. They lifted the freeze and now all is normal. For that act of kindness and understanding from a credit card company, they have a customer for life in me.
