    This beautiful city on the north bank of the Columbia River, in the state of Washington, is a very popular real estate heaven, especially the Vancouver WA homes and other bargains.  The real estate bargains in this city and the surrounding areas are fantastic with great Vancouver Wa. Homes, Condos and Townhomes available for purchase or for rent.  It is part of the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area, which is the 23rd largest metropolitan area in the United States with over 2 million residents.The city itself has a population of 162,400, making it the fourth largest city in the state. With the beautiful single family homes, the condos and townhomes and even apartments that are available today, one needs the assistance of a local Realtor, broker or agent and the use of the MLS Listings.
