What Is a Good Tech Support for Backup?

Howard and Sandra have a small business and last week they lost all of their information from their computers. The network crashed and they did not have any backup of the information so they could not repair what was lost. Howard told Sandra to check online for Charleston tech support for someone to come out and look at their system. He wanted a reliable back up off site. Sandra set up an appointment with the tech support company and she told Howard that they would be able to come out tomorrow. Howard was glad to hear that because he wanted a backup set up right away.
