Work Manual
August 23rd, 2010 by admin
At least once every three years, it’s wise for factories to update and revise their work manual. If a factory involves regular construction or loading work, one of the key components of the work manual should be a construction safety plan. The safety plan is in everyone’s best interest–the workers, the supervisors, the factory directors, and the community. Should an accident happen during construction, one of the first steps is to determine whether or not the safety plan was being followed. This will impact who’s responsible for medical, bills. The manual should also reflect any need for building codes and an updated list of contact names and extensions.
