    For numberplates registration,Latest DVLA number plates Releases whose instruction given below. The Department for Transport through the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle licensing Agency)releases a new sequence of registration marks for sale to the public twice each year, in advance of the new car registration dates (which are scheduled to happen on the 1st March and 1st of September) eg. 07 registrations for cars registered after 1st March 2007 and 57 registrations for cars registered after 1st September 2007.The public are invited to purchase the rights to these registration marks approximately 3 months in advance, which can then be transferred later, ONLY to new vehicles registered after these new car registration dates.Occasionally there will also be issues of previously unreleased marks eg E prefix plates followed by indexes 1-20 in October 2004.
