Outdoor Personal Training Cardio Sessions

I am about to run a marathon to help raise money for charity. I will be going over to South Africa to help with a building project that a charity is organising. By doing the fun run I am helping to raise money for the charity as well setting a personal challenge. I hadn’t run more than 7km when I started training but I was committed to my goals. I started outdoor personal training a number of times a week for cardio sessions. My trainer mapped out a timeline from when I started till the event and programmed all the training session to slowly build up my endurance. This last weekend I ran 24km and could still move around afterwards, in fact I even went for a small jog the next day to recover and stretch.
