Using the Chin-up Bar
July 31st, 2010 by admin
The chin up bar is usually used when a person grabs hold of the bars firmly with both hands and palms facing away with the feet dangling in the air in a crossed manner. When the palms of the hands are facing outward it is called the prone position. The person has to then pull himself up until the chin goes above the bar. After doing so, he goes back to his starting position to have another repetition. Most people could go for up to 20 chin ups depending on the endurance of their body. Before you go on this exercise, you have to determine your body’s limitation first by doing 3 to 5 repetitions and gradually increase it as time goes by.
