Choosing a Blood Pressure Device that Works for You

I always used a pump device when taking my blood pressure readings. I really didn’t like to do that because sometimes I have pain in my hands and when my daughter told me that there was as easier way to get the readings I was thrilled! She took me to the pharmacy and showed me an isle of automatic blood pressure monitors and I could not believe there were so many to choose from! I chose one that had a huge digital readout so that I could read it clearly. When I brought it home and opened the packaged I felt like a kid at Christmas time!
