Very often, depression is only noticed when a whole series of alarming symptoms seem to be prolonged and prevent a person from functioning normally in society. Sometimes, lack of motivation, a low libido  plus an obsession with death or suicide may last more than a  few weeks.  That is when a proper diagnosis has to be made and treatment options such as a natural remedy for depression and anxiety have to be considered.  Depression and severe anxiety which can manifest itself in panic attacks, mean the individual patient will need help and sympathy. Too often, depression is brushed under the carpet with disastrous results for lives, relationships and the workplace.
