Good Combination Foods on a Diet

There are certain things that my doctor said that I need to have in my diet everyday and since I have had a lot of health scares lately I want to make sure that I listen to his advice. The thing is, I have a lot of weight to lose as well and I have found a no carb foods diet that I would like to try but I am afraid that I will not get enough of the other nutrients that I need. Is there a way to stay on this diet and get my daily percentage of other things?
