My Neighbors Are Causing My Sleep Apnea Symptoms

So once, a few weeks ago, I was on this bike ride. We stopped to rest at this park. I laid back on the grass, and immediately fell asleep. My friend asked me if I always fall asleep so quickly, and I said that I did. He asked me about some other stuff, and told me that I had classic sleep apnea symptoms. I went to the doctor and checked it out, and after asking me about a million more questions, he told me I had environmental apnea symptoms. My neighbors keep waking me up during the night, but I never remember it. So it seems like I am getting a full nights sleep, but I’m really not. So maybe I should move, or tell my neighbors to keep it down or something.
