The unsaturated fat can potentially get deposited in the body after metabolism in the fat reserves. Also the cholesterol levels in the blood will rise because of unsaturated fat. This can lead to blockage in the arteries which could lead to cardiac arrests. Try consuming more boiled or baked stuff to maintain your fitness.
