Which Women’s Diet Programs Are the Easiest to Follow?

I really don’t want to have to spend a lot of time and energy trying to figure out what I can and cannot eat on a diet. I am hoping someone can tell me which of the women’s diet programs are the easiest to follow. The less I have to think about it the more likely I am to stick with the diet. Of course it also has to be filling enough so that I am not starving, and it has to taste good as well. I know this is a lot to ask of a diet, but I am sure there must be something I could try.
