Dependable Little Mixer

Kitchen widgets and instruments related to baking are an interest of mine. However, you would have me stumped if you questioned me about the best mixers. The mixer I own now is the same one I bought 5 years ago. It’s such a dependable mixer that they still sell it now. The narrow space of my kitchen pushed me to buy the tiniest hand mixer I could find at the time. I think the expression ‘less is more’ also goes for baked goods that leave you craving more. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t say no to second and third servings of luscious and delicious vanilla pound cake and frosting! That entire flavor makes it worthwhile.
