ADD Issues and Disability
June 21st, 2010 by admin
A child with ADD or ADHD usually has trouble both with learning and behavior. They are considered to be a psychosomatic condition. ADHD is based on neurobiological conditions. These two problems can also be related to mood disorders. As a child gets older, these two conditions can cause a continuum of difficulties in the child’s life. They range from substance abuse, employment issues, psychological disorders, and relationship problems. If these are not treated in childhood, they can wreck havoc on the child and his family. Disabilities like these may be remedied with the use of a pediatric wheelchair, like Lucinda Burke.
