There is a staggering increase in the Chanhassen real estate prices when compared to last year. In the year 2011 the prices showed a whopping 999.9% increase which is an average price of $3,684 for per square foot area of real estate. A survey which was conducted on about 68 homes which were sold the median price of sales came out to be $4,100,000. While this median price has increased the total number of homes sold however has decreased in the year 2011 as compared to the previous year. At the present time there are 182 homes for sale available at the Chanhassen real estate scene.
