    The new mortgage that will help me

    Two months ago James answered my ad on craigslist. I had put an ad in there to see if I  could get somebody to be my roommate for the next year or so. The whole reason for this was I was trying to save some money. I had bought my condo last year and I have since been laid off then got my job back within two weeks. Thankfully I am getting some solid Help With Mortgage Refinancing next week and my monthly payment on my condo payment should be going down quite a bit. This new loan will really help me out.
