Katadyn Pocket Water Micro Filter, Redwoods

Two of the guys from work were going to go up into the redwood forests in Northern California to do some hiking this weekend and asked if we knew where any good campsites were? I gave it to them asking if they had something to filter the water because the water up there that runs through the forest may look clean but it’s hard to tell what is been in that forest floor and the water is run over. They didn’t so I loaned them my katadyn pocket water micro filter and told to make sure that they brought it back in good condition because it was expensive piece of camping equipment that I did not want to lose.
