This helps them with their flexibility and balance and can also help prevent injuries. I thought that sounded really important. Then they do some running. They like to run early before it starts getting really hot outside. Then they learn about muay thai techniques from basic to advanced training techniques like offensive and defensive moves, footwork, and more. They do hours and hours of this kind of training several days a week. It sounds so hard. I’m not sure if I could do it but I am very proud of him.
