    Control the Jump Move

    You can get a lot more out of a jump if you know what you are doing. It was fascinating for me to watch people in an aerobics class and see the difference between the people who were athletic and those who were just moving around. If you want to get more out of your workout you need to learn How to Jump Higher. Control each and every movement and each muscle. Nothing should exactly be easy but if it is controlled and each motion thought about instead of swinging about then you will see increased muscle strength and overall higher jump.
