If You’re Looking for Martial Arts Training Videos…

    December 25th, 2009 by admin

If you’re looking for martial arts training videos then look no further.  This one site that I stumbled upon the other day had two items that I think you would find very interesting as a combination.  One of them was an e-book with literally hundreds of illustrations that show the most effective point to strike on your opponent’s body.  I thought this would come in handy if I ever needed to take someone out quickly.  And then the other volume which was a set of DVDs, comprised dozens of Brazilian jujitsu lessons taught by one of the masters of the art, Mario Roberto.  He is a master instructor and you get it when you watch his DVDs.  I mean you really get the instruction and the technique as he goes into great detail, slows down the film so that you can see every move, and describes what the moves should actually be like when performed properly.  A great set of media if you’re serious about learning martial arts at home.
