I have been thinking that since I am unable to find work, I could start my own business. I mentioned this to my husband, who thought it would be a great opportunity for me. I then told him that I wanted to use $100,000 of our money to open a day spa franchise. My husband thought that we would be taking a big risk. What if the day spa didn’t do well? I told my husband that it would all work out, and I had already begun working on my business plan. Once it was complete, we could go to our local bank for additional financing.
